At last, Sunshine and bluebells, a sure sign that summer is on the way. There is a strange sense of optimism in the air. I sense that we may just have a warm, sunny summer and I feel that the UK will benefit from a summer of stay vacation,in other words as a nation we'll stay at home. How we'll fair in the International market remains to be seen and the outcome of any Coalition Government's impact on the Euro and the markets will determine whether we see our European and American friends this year.

Just about to start work on a new video that we hope to release in July on Youtube, it's not cooking or a tour of the Hotel this time - it will be totally unique, but you'll just have to wait and see.
